Tempur-Pedic offers two different mattress covers. The Cool-to-Touch cover, featured on the TEMPUR-ADAPT mattress, is made of premium knit technology for an added cooling effect.

All other Tempur-Pedic mattresses feature the SmartClimate Dual Cover System, which is a two-layer mattress cover including the cool-to-touch cover on the outside and a super-stretch inner layer. The SmartClimate Dual Cover System slips off for easy washing.
