When you order with DreamCloud, your order is shipped with FedEx. Shipping is free within the contiguous United States, but a $250 charge will be applied if you ship a large item, such as a DreamCloud mattress, to Hawaii and Alaska.

Once you receive your DreamCloud mattress, your 365-night trial starts. The trial gives you full flexibility to test the mattress in different seasons and during various times of relaxation and recovery.

It is worth noting that you won’t be able to return your mattress before a 30-day break-in period has passed. To be eligible for the 365-day return, the mattress must be in a donation-worthy condition with only normal wear and tear.
