Naturepedic mattresses are offered in a variety of firmness levels ranging from “Extra Firm” to “Ultra Plush.” “Cushion Firm” is the brand’s standard firmness level, mirroring the feel of a high-end hotel mattress. With a 12” profile, the EOS Classic Organic Mattress allows the sleeper to access the inner layers and fully customize their bed’s firmness. Each side is independently configurable, so sleep partners can choose different firmness levels without compromising their comfort. Naturepedic also allows its customers to order new comfort layers and adjust the feel of their mattress if their preferences change over time through the brand’s innovative layer swap program.

The Serenade mattress has six different layers and sleeps cool due to its hybrid design that keeps away moisture. The top layer is a quilt made from an organic cotton fabric, organic wool batting, and a PLA comfort layer. The inside layers are a combination of coils, organic cotton batting, and organic wool batting.

The Concerto is a latex hybrid mattress made from organic cotton, organic wool, organic latex, encased support coils, and an innovative layer of high-density microcoils which make it breathable and cool.

The EOS Classic is made up of five layers: organic cotton batting, glueless encased coils, organic latex, and organic wool. There is also a PLA comfort layer and the whole mattress is zippered into an organic cotton cover that allows for easy layer swapping. The filling of the EOS Classic mattress is customizable as well. This mattress sleeps cool.

The EOS Pillowtop, also customizable, comes standard with organic cotton, glueless encased coils, organic latex, GOTS-approved PLA, and organic wool. The mattress has an attached pillow top for more comfort and customization

The EOS Trilux, also customizable, is a coil-free mattress. The inner fill material comes standard with organic cotton, organic latex, organic wool, and PLA. Unlike the EOS Pillowtop, it does not have an interchangeable zippered comfort layer. The plush layers are sewn in and are made of latex and PLA. However, the material can be changed at checkout if you prefer materials other than latex and PLA.

All the top layers of the mattresses are made from organic latex and cannot be removed or washed. There is an option to buy a waterproof mattress protector pad which can be removed and washed.

Naturopedic uses the latest packaging technology to send their mattresses. This rollpack method means the mattress will be flattened, vacuum sealed, and rolled up into a box. Your mattress will be ready to sleep on immediately but can take up to 72 hours to fully expand and de-wrinkle.
