Helix Midnight Luxe Mattress

The Midnight Luxe sits right at a 6/10 on the firmness scale. It has a plush, pillow top feel initially, but once you settle in, the zoned lumbar support coils kick in to keep your spine aligned. It feels supportive in a way that my old memory foam mattress never did, mainly because I do not get that “sinking into quicksand” feeling. This balance is perfect for someone who wants the cloud-like comfort of a hotel bed without sacrificing the support needed.

This was my biggest worry. I chose the optional TENCEL cooling cover, and it honestly feels cold to the touch. Unlike all foam beds that trap heat, the hybrid coil system allows for a lot of airflow. It is such a relief to wake up and not be covered in sweat. 

As a side sleeper, I usually struggle with my shoulders and hips feeling crushed, but this bed offers immediate relief.
