Ergoflex Bundle

The Ergoflex™ 5G Memory Foam Mattress in the bundle is 23cm tall and made of three layers:

The Memory Foam Layer

A 9cm top layer of memory foam provides support and pressure relief, and sits above an impact-resistant foundation that Ergoflex designed to limit disturbance from a partner.

The Airflow Layer

A 5cm Cool-Sleep™ Airflow layer sits in the core of the mattress to help prevent heat from building up. The 3D mesh panels in the Tencel outer cover help heat disperse out of the mattress as well, and Ergoflex designed the system with the Australian climate in mind.

The Base Layer

The base is a 9cm High Resilience layer that helps relieve pressure build-ups. The layered construction means the mattress does not need to be flipped.

The HD Memory Foam Pillows

Each of the two pillows measures 45cm x 65cm x 12cm and has a fully moulded solid core of 100% polyurethane HD memory foam rather than shredded foam. Ergoflex rates the support as medium, and the core is CertiPUR-US certified.

The Tundra Mattress Protector

The Ergoflex-Tundra® protector has a 100% TENCEL™ surface over a polyurethane membrane with a waterproof backing, and Ergoflex says the construction helps promote airflow compared with plastic-style protectors. Elasticated corners hold it in place, and it fits mattresses up to 25cm high, which includes the 23cm 5G mattress. It is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.

The bundle’s 5G mattress comes with two covers. The first is a TENCEL® outer cover, and the whole mattress is encased in a micro-fine inner cover that acts as a second layer of protection. The outer cover is removable and can be machine-washed at 30° and line-dried or tumble-dried on a low-heat setting.

The pillows also have a removable outer cover, made of 41% TENCEL and 59% polyester, which is machine washable on a cold, delicate cycle. The foam core should only be spot cleaned, not washed or submerged.

The Tundra protector can be taken off the mattress and machine washed in cold water on a delicate cycle. Ergoflex advises against bleach and says the protector should dry completely before going back on the mattress.

Customers can order Ergoflex Bundle One from the Ergoflex website or by phone. Ergoflex mattresses are compression-packed, vacuum sealed, and delivered in a compact box, which makes the mattress easier to handle and set up. Ergoflex’s delivery page doesn’t say whether the bundle ships as one parcel or several.

According to Ergoflex, next business day delivery is often available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Canberra, while Adelaide takes about 3 business days and Perth about 5. Delivery times in regional and remote areas vary, and available dates are shown at checkout based on your postcode. Dates depend on courier availability, and standard delivery gives an estimated window rather than a chosen time. The courier takes items to the front door only, and premium timed delivery is available in selected cities for an extra fee.
